Excellent stay, superb location, great staff, family friendly
Location is superb, we had an excellent stay in the hotel. Staff was very courteous and was always available to help and guide.
Nothin really, if I have to little picky, the rooms could have been a bit more modern and providing tea coffee kettle in the room, but nothing really deal breaker

Wonderful
Fantastic location, 2 minutes walk from bus station and right opposite train station. Very helpful in reception showed us the easiest way to get to Venice and best sights to see.
Bathroom was a little tired and toilet was very tucked up in a corner. But clean and plenty of towels.

Nice hotel, location not ideal when trains are striking and staff could do a lot better.
Close to train station, hotel was lovely and clean and the reception has the wow factor. Rooms were lovely and clean so big credit to cleaning staff, thank you.
Staff were miserable, barely acknowledging their guests and didn’t seem overly helpful at times. Calling guests on their day or checkout 10 mins over and saying .. are you checking out is very unnecessary. Mestre has nothing in the area and this hotel is only suitable if you are using train facilities
